Minor demo patch

Changed in 1.1:

• Made the first elevator less annoying
• Fixed issue where some killboxes didnt work
• Made Phanuel do less knockback on an attack
• Fixed issue where camera-look controls sometimes didnt work
• Made it so the starting revolver is equipped automatically
• Put a little hint on the UI for help
