Went ahead and made a small change

Still haven't gotten the chance to test buut there's been something itching with the game that I think I want it more possible to move the scores up and down vs only up. So for now at least plain Emotion rolls offer the chance to move a stat up or down. I might change other rolls to make it possible too but I'm not sure yet.
