Reformatting and updates

Big-ish Painflail core rules update! 

• Reformatted text, some corrections made
• Illustrations replaced with the groovy floortile skirmish maps
• Added notes on MBC character classes
• Slight change to 'Generic Opponent' behaviour
• Added some decorative images, too - looks a lot better!

Painflail Quest is shaping up brilliantly - will be available as a part of an expanded edition soonish!
