Update 0.4.1

Sorry for the long wait. I finally have a new update!

• Removed permanent currency
• Added pierce and bounce upgrades
• Changed class upgrades to modify future upgrades rather than current value
• Changed triangle tank from 0.8 damage to 0.5
• Fixed an issue where the triangle tank wouldn't be affected by class upgrades
