ECS SQLite3 for GMS release of version 2.2.0 - Added iOS support! + some Android improvements

We have updated the ECS SQLite3 for GMS to version 2.2.0. This update brings the following changes:

Added support for the following platforms: iOS

Also made some improvements for the Android platform. The final size has been reduced.
