Making not a Game

A lot of people made a lot of cool mockups for this jam, and me - not an artist I decided to get going last minute - on the 15th. 4 Hours remain and I got one in game screenie done. The UI is mostly out of the way for the player to see, so cool things I did include the top left, which is a radial progress bar - a texture progress.

For this jam I wanted to make a cute lowpoly MC, so instead of using a blender tutorial, I downloaded blockbench and watched a guy make a Pokeball (it looked so simple!) Emilka and their broom are 195 tris and are made of 3 textures.  This jam has made me more confident to try 3D and more projects in general. 

I've yet to get a really meaty game on itch so maybe that next? We'll see...
