This small update fixes some bugs and gameplay balance problems found in recent play tests.
Changelog:
Balance:
* rocket launcher damage changed to high explosive; increased base damage; decreased cost
* high explosive damage factor vs heavier armor decreased
* splash damage factor decreased
* few minor changes to unit pricing / hp / damage
* submerged submarines won't block enemy path / can pass bellow other ships
Bug fix:
* in-game unit information showing at wrong place
* player info showing at map selection screen
