Redesigned Character Select Screen

Today's update has a completely redesigned character select screen, allowing you to easily see the available hats.  From here, I'll be able to add more customisations and eventually see them reflected in the levels. 

Also, in this update is a change to how the dogs are controlled. Using a controller, you can vary the dog's speed depending on how far you push the thumbstick. I've also set the dogs to default to a higher rate. Keyboard users can slow the dogs down by pressing the shift button.
