※Major Bug Fixing※ and rebalancing of prices, Balls of the Duck V8.2

I fixed many bugs such as: The ghost quest didn't work, Shop price for some items wheren't always the same for the same item, items being able to be used on the enemy's turn with nothhing happening, the new poison effect staying after a battle and the enemys heal didn't work. For the price rebalance I made all 20 Ballars items(Ballars is the games curency)  10 instead and change the depression pills from 200 to 50. I also made the psychiatrist give you a free depression pill if your sad enough.
