Polishing and better level up, BODV7

I polished the attack menu by adding descriptions and putting the name of each attack on the buttons. For the level up I made it so that when you level up multiple times at once it'll give you the right amount of stat points and allow you to place them in the right amount in each one.  I also made a way to get a new special move, by betting the teacher boss. The move is one of the other characters moves for now but later it'll be it's own special move.
