Demo Update 1.0.3

This update adds and improves a few things, and fixes issues. Here is the changelog:

• New experimental camera option
• Added audio volume sliders instead of switch buttons
• New "MYo1oLVL" cheat code, unlocks new secret level (funny)
• Default "Crapped your pants, huh?" death screen text is now more common
• 2 new game titles
• Removed silence at end of soundtrack
• Fixed potential issues with lucky block collision that might or might not occur.
• Slightly updated background pipe sprite
• New coin sound effect
• New toilet paper sound effect
