Update 0.4.1.0

This update is just a quick update to add some more features that should be of use.

• TaikoMania is back but now as a skin rather than a mod.
• You can skip during gameplay if the next note is not within 3 seconds.
• Tips during the intro.
• And a few more thing I can't remember lol
