In this version, the two player mode finally works under Windows. The device (Game controller or keyboard) used to start a new game automatically becomes player 1. Player 2 is automatically mapped to whichever other device (Game controller or keyboard) not in use by player 1.
This version also corrects a main menu issue when quitting in the middle of a game where the ball is sticking to a player.
