Difficulty Balancing Choo Choo Survivor

The start of the game was a bit too difficult so it has been made easier now with the following changes:

• Zombies move at half speed on starting the game and it takes 15 minutes until they are moving at full speed.
• Pallet grab distance increased and also you only need to move your mouse once over a resource pallet once and it will automatically move towards your train.
• Area of effect cap has been increased to 2m radius instead of 1.6m and this makes the Explosion property of weapons more powerful.
