1.02 Hotfix

Fixes:

• Fixed a bug that could happen in some PC's where the active glitch effect would stack its intensity each time it appeared, making the game hardly playable by acts 2-3.

Changes:

• Added settings options to enable/disable post process effects and the passive glitch effect.
• NPC dialogues now appear in every run and can be disabled with a new settings option.
