We fixed the annoying spell-changing and inventory-hopping dynamic by replacing the inventory on the left of the screen with a hotbar — moving the inventory, crafting, and spell menus to a toggleable character menu.
Now you can assign anything from the character menu to the hotbar slots to follow your flow in the game, without having to open separate menus for your favorite crafting recipes and spells.
One way to store your metal bars, sandbags, and seeds is to pile everything up on the floor, or in our case, the cold concrete. Another way is to drop everything into office file cabinets. The only multi-purpose storage solution for random items is now available in Idu — the rusty but trusty Cabinets.
Looks can be deceiving, as everything with a drawer might not be a file cabinet. Scientists don’t know exactly how they work, but some file cabinets are especially attracted to flowers, although they’re not related to bees.
We believe the mysterious Converters, small Cabinets with a battery pack and a radio antenna, convert signals from nearby flowers into colorful blocks.
Just pop some metal into the Converter and keep an eye on its progress. As more flowers are within close reach of the antenna, the numbers seem to go up. So remember to prune the plants accordingly to feed the antenna.
