I've made a lot of changes to Tiny GM, mostly to reduce the number of cards you need to draw for almost all of the tables. I've also added a Plot table and a Bribe/Leverage table for those times when you need to know what will convince an NPC to help you. In exchange, I only had to remove one of the event tables. There are a few other changes to Tiny GM, and a few to Tiny 2d6, to get closer and closer to the feel I'm looking for in a set of tools for myself. I hope they work out for you too, of course.
I'm also in the process of making an alternative to Tiny 2d6. I'd like it to be something that will allow for moment-to-moment tracking of what NPCs do in different situations, particularly in combat. It may end up using d12s instead of d6s, but I'm still struggling with some of the details, such as how to handle damage and making NPC creation as easy as possible.
Enjoy!
