Balance
Lowered reactor's usage of enriched uranium from 0.02 to 0.01 (was automatically doubled by balance changes in last version)
Decreased the amount of starting uranium from 10 to 5.
Increased the amount of starting computers from 20 to 25.
Technical
When an upgraded structure has 100% progress, it immediately becomes finished instead of waiting for hour to tick over.
Fixes
Crash when canceling construction of a central structure with attached units after reloading the game.
Crash when selecting a deactivated energy storage.
Crash on some non-nVidia GPUs.
Random crash related to UI. Hotfixed, will be fixed properly once I manage to reproduce it.
Changing workload of Greenhouses did nothing if it wasn't done during an active shift.
Roads connected to streets where it didn't make sense.
Autosave count was not set correctly for new players.
Vehicles stopping in the middle of the road in some cases when they couldn't dispose of resources they were carrying.
Life support providers were taking resources from input storage of connected resource producers.
Reactor pin was not showing correct time.
