Camera, On-Line Leaderboards, and New Difficulty

 - Modified pan speed to be twice as fast + held slightly less longer to start the pan.

 - Added new dialog box to replace the old version.
 - Modified song selection to be in title screen only.
 - Added system to the camera to make it pan up or down further if you've jumped up or down.
 - Modified "First Leap" level to have all instructional segments first.
 - Added level scenes to the leaderboards.
 - Added HUD positioning options (left and center).

 - Added on-line leaderboards.

 - Added "Kid Mode" difficulty with double health, and restoring full health at checkpoints.
 - Fixed new stage select not working.
