ranDOOM update 0.3.2-b

Bug fixes:

• Fixed the Chainsaw Immortality bug (for real this time lol)
• Fixed Lost Souls not playing their pain animations properly from all angles
• Projectiles and Lost Souls should no longer push up the player character on collision. This has been an issue that has been present ever since projectiles were a thing in the game, which was a while ago now. The bug can still happen but it happens a lot less frequently.
