ENCORE 1 - New content and fixes:

• NEW MAP: Red;
• NEW MAP: Q;
• Added visual effects to the deadbeat dashes;
• Deadbeat now flips side after every jump;
• New stat called miss, for missed jumps and swings;
• Missing jumps and swings breaks combo and deals damage;
• Hitting red attacks now recovers some health;
• Fixed pausing at the start of a map;
• Fixed some fullscreen scuff while booting the game;
