Hotfix for Invuln bug

• Fixed a bug that could prevent the player from taking damage with the menu enabled
• Corrected some colours on the menu
• Corrected an issue where the menu could appear above the death-event black screen
• Temporarily rebalanced "Wreckoning" until I can revisit it more meaningfully
