UPDATED: NEW SHEET

Greetings!
I've added a new version of the character sheet, with better graphics, better form readability and also a few changes, including: a new GLITCH counter & auto-calculating STATs.  Unfortunately, the size of the sheet is a bit bigger (24mb), which is why I have also attached the old version of the sheet.
