Created a basic UI that fits the theme of the game. Right now it just houses a pause button, but I plan on adding an indicator for the coatl's length.
Also made a pause UI based very loosely on the Aztec calendar. Plan on adding more detail to it later but I'm pretty happy with the current version as a start.
