A quick bug fix

parafrost reworded to "all damage triggered by freeze" - no longer kill yourself with Cryokinesis etc
Electrokinesis now only triggers on step / prayer, and adds dodge / speed
reduced cost of Skera and Fulminant Cult

more variants in the "proem" generator for title screen

Items no longer mess with displayed element count
Keliot no longer crashes the game
Off-hand attack now work (was using main hand for both in latest update)
