Version V0.3

• Overhauled the happiness system and removed the required question for low happiness entirely, and added in a question that can selected from by the game to make a park instead
• Increased the prices of the park and home complex
• Decreased the happiness loss in some places
• Added a proper Events Screen
• Added in a new question
• Changed how some questions are worded
• Made it so the same question cannot pop up twice in a row
