ranDOOM update 0.3.1-b

Changes:

• Completely reworked the Haste Powerup. It's now called Partial Invincibility and it grants a 50% damage reduction for 30 seconds instead of doubling the player's movement and projectile speed for 30 seconds. When picked up, an icon will appear in the bottom left of the screen that indicates the powerup is active, if the icon goes away it means the powerup is no longer active.

• The Berserk powerup has also received the icon update.

• Demons won't always retaliate if they get stunned during their attack animations.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue that prevented Lost Souls from stopping when getting stunned or dying after attacking
