v1.4, The Disapp-hero disappears

This time it was less guessing. Hopefully it is fixed, as I could actually replicate the behaviour with some hard-coded stuffs.

Fixes:

• The disappearing hero should happen no more (for reals this time)
• The annoyance of when chests spawing on top of stairs, and you don't get to loot it because you go down instead, is fixed
• Minor tweak to boss chest drop rates, should at least not be possible to get useless items in golden chests
