Open Alpha 1

After much work, the first version of Ark Operations has released. Important features:

1. Mostly fleshed out tactical combat rules, with some features such as status effects missing from this release.

2. Also mostly fleshed out character creation rules for tactical combat reasons.

3. Two classes with one branch each: the Vanguard (Pioneer) and Sniper (Marksman), as well as a small selection of enemies.

4. Skeletons for features such as the faction system, more gear, out-of-combat rules...

Next release will flesh out things such as status effects and add another major system. Additionally, the Core Caster and Medic Medic are planned for next release.
