Game Configuring Update

Small update.  New zip contains winnitron metadata that works in Winnitron!  Also added a game_config.txt in /data/ that allows a couple things to be configured before the game starts.  You can enable/disable the level editor and allow the main level content (uneditted) to be reloaded, or not.  I added these to keep these features in the game but allow them to be disabled for inclusion in a public arcade cabinet where maybe you don't want anyone to come along and change the level.  Also added a high score, new fonts for things like the score and credits, and fixed the camera showing black on zoom out.
