Game Balance Changes:

• Power now drains at ~2 ticks / 8 seconds, instead of ~2 ticks / 5 seconds
• When drilling, power now drains at ~3 ticks / 4 seconds, instead of ~3 ticks / 3 seconds.
• Lithium now has a slightly higher chance of dropping from boulders, and always drops the first time
• Updated instructions screen
• Monster now cannot kill you when it is fleeing
