0.4.28 Update

Some more fixes (some of which I thought were already fixed, but are now this time, for real!), new graphics, and previews of upcoming content. This one's gonna be a little spicy~

• The Overkill 2 Mod forum post has been retired. Mod discussion will continue at d2-overkill-2-mod.
• Fixed a bug where Aden’s collar would not be removed (for real this time).
• Added a metal pole to be used in escapes.
• Added a preview image for an upcoming quest involving nude graphics for Seles, Aden, and Eileen. (Access with the camp testing lever).
