Fixed a bug... by rewriting most of the code.

There was a bug in the previous version where, during the transition wipe, a player was able to interact with the next round's rocks before the wipe completed. 

Fixed the bug, but also saw ways to improve code readability for "Future-Jeff", so I went ahead and saved myself the future head scratching.  Thanks, Past-Jeff!
