Bugfix release

Bugfixes

• Fixed scenes that were being unloaded before being removed from the DOM which semi-randomly caused game lockups
• Scenes which were preloaded but not displayed are being cleaned up which fixes a memory leak
• A bug was preventing fresh installs on new computers from loading the title screen.  This has been resolved.  All players should be able to start a new game.  Sorry about that!
