Moved Healing Self to Survival.
Reworked the Killer action menu to display killer names instead of blood point categories.

Actions specific to the killer for survivors will also be displayed in that menu instead of under the survivor menu.

The progress bar will now change color to indicate if the action is slower (red) or faster (yellow) than the base speed.
Added Trapper actions.
