Cheese Quest Version 0.4.2 patch

Not a large update this time, but a few minor changes and fixes

Added Menus

• File select menu, allowing for 3 save files
• settings menu, with audio settings
• credits page, with special thanks to some friends who helped with testing

note - due to new save functions, old save data is not compatiable. sorry for the inconvenience

Momentum now carries over from slide dashing

Palette change for City-1 for ease of viewing
