Hey again. Three weeks have gone by since the start of this project, The prototyping and designing phase is nearing an end soon - the scary production phase will take its place anytime now. Exciting - but scary.
Let's get to what we did this week.

The goal for this week was to finish our main gameloop, and we did! We added an extra task, made resource requirements for fixing objects and added a timer that keeps track of how long you need to keep the drill active! there is also a win/lose screen containing a scoreboard now. most tasks when broken now also have a timer, when it expires you lose the game.
But that's not all!
During our prototype stage we came to the conclusion that the vertical movement would probably work better when it happens on a different layer in the background. This will make sure players don't get squashed by elevators or fall down holes where a ladder is placed. So to get around this we went ahead and overhauled both the way our elevator and our ladder works internally.
