Block, Dodge, Parry - French Edition

Thanks to the endless patience, help and support from LeCrapal, Block, Dodge, Parry is now also available in French!

The French document is a little bit less fancy than the English one (because doing all my layout in Word wasn't a very big brain move), but all the content is there.
