This new version includes a new map: the Cargo bay. It can be accessed after disabling the lock down protocol from the bridge’s security terminal.
Crossing the cargo bay will lead to the reactor chamber (the final area of the game, still on the works). Finding the way to the reactor requires solving a few puzzles, so pay attention to the environment and don’t forget what you learned in previous areas.
A new enemy type is introduced, the alien bug that’s infesting the ship. It’s faster and has two nasty attacks, so don’t stand still! Like the other enemies it reacts differently to different weapons.
The music of this level is my crude attempt of dark ambient sound, it’s still a work in progress.
