Kings of Hell Demo v1.6.5 Update!

Hey, just another quick fix while I was waiting on somthing before progressing on episode 02, check out the tweaks down below!

• Made it so Bosses grabs regrab the player after a few frames if they managed to slip out of it, which is a rare glitch that could occur.
• Made it so in a VERY VERY RARE GLITCH, if Baal grabs the player but DOESN'T play his grab animation (i.e. walking around with the player while they are in a giant grab state), they will fall out of it after a few seconds. While this glitch is VERY RARE, its good to prevent this potential soft lock happening!
• Fixed Mal not playing his jump animation as he bursts out of the ground during the cutscene after you defeated the chasing Buer miniboss in the Train Tracks.
• Fixed another issue of the Unlockable Reward Screen. It was counting every completion of characters with an unlock requirement as a new unlock. This is no longer the case!
• Fixed an issue where with Enfer, while grabbing an enemy, if you held the run button, he'd play the running speed sound. This has also been fixed!
