Basic timer added to all levels

This is a quick update I squeezed in this evening to add a basic timer to each of the levels. You also get to see the typeface I'll be using for a lot of the UI from here on in, Chunky Ex. It's something I was using on my last project, whilst that project is on pause I can't get a good typeface go to waste.
