Move to Unreal Engine 5. Version 2.0a

It's time to gradually move from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal Engine 5.

This is the very first version of collection for Unreal Engine 5:

1. There are no changes in plugins at all, just new packages for UE5;
2. I haven't done any tests yet, there might be errors and undefined behavior;
3. TrickyFunctionLibrary temporary excluded from the collection. At the moment I'm not sure if I want to keep this plugin;
4. I think about some significant changes for some plugins, but no particular news for now;
