Decker 1.14

Decker v1.14 is a maintenance release with bugfixes and enhancements to image IO.

Fixes (Web and Native):

• Fixed incorrect offset for draggable canvas widgets while editing a contraption prototype in interact mode.

New Features:

• The prototype interface now exposes read-only ".pos" and ".offset" properties. While editing contraption prototypes in interact mode, this allows prototypes to transparently behave more like a contraption instance, especially when referencing the "pointer" coordinates.
• The "read[]" function in Decker now accepts hints for decoding the frames of an animated GIF image: read["image" "frames"] will load 16-color frames, and read["image" "gray_frames"] will load 256-gray frames. Lilt has also been extended in a similar fashion.
