v0.5.4 - Fixes for the Water Splitter and more

The v0.5.4 update fixes some smaller issues. Quite a few related to the Water Splitter. Some fixes for a variety of (mostly rare) exceptions. And a few more improvements to the camera stickiness from the previous update.

The changelog for the v0.5.4 update:

• Display both the Oxygen and Hydrogen outputs for the Water Splitter
• Allow the Water Splitter to continue producing when either the Hydrogen or Oxygen storage is completely full
• Improved camera stickiness when tracking the Ark or planets
• Automatically close the construction panel when switching between colonies
• Remove debug symbols from Linux builds. This reduces the download size and makes it easier to start the game from the Itch launcher
• Fix Drop Pods not disappearing when their resources are collected
• Fix a variety of exceptions in the UI
