Repel/Lure System Released

This is the release of the Repel/Lure System for RPG Developer Bakin.
In addition to the current functionality, I will be looking to add further improvements and quality-of-life updates too which will include:
- Being able to change the text displayed when activating a repel/lure item
- Giving users the ability to decide if they want a repel item to overwrite a lure item (and vice versa). For example, if you have a repel active, you can then choose if you want to allow players to use a lure item which will cancel the currently-active repel item (and again, vice versa)
- Giving users the ability to decide if they want to allow players to stack the repel/lure effects
