v1.01 Minor updates pre-deadline

v1.01 released 03/13/23 (ahead of deadline)

• Dialogs can now be fully handled with the keyboard: Space, 1, 2
• Minor UI updates
• Minor tweaks to NPC collisions
• Camera zooms a bit during dialogs
• Adjusted position of 1 switch
• Final Boss now correctly turns red when struck
• Adjusted volume of music in Game Scene
