Just some bug fixes to gameplay and visuals.

-- Gameplay --

• Fixed an issue where the cursor would go hypersonic when moving diagonally during Time Freeze.
• Enemies weren't moving their full movement range when possible.

• Fixed a visual bug when ordering units to move during Time Freeze and they would turn to the left no mater what side they were on.
