[0.2.6] Bugfixes

Small bug-fixes that should have been corrected a while ago (oops).

Including : 

• You can no longer build or upgrade anything while the time is paused (was way to easy)
• There is now a visual difference when you are in paused time :

• Fixed the display of controls in photo mode that was cut.
• You can now go to the next dialog with spacebar
