This is my first game jam! I think things went well overall, but I definitely learned a lot for next time.
I had a few places where I made pretty big design changes during the week - one to the core theme, and one to movement/combat. I think they were the right decisions, but those changes did cost a lot of time, so I had to cut several planned improvements. Still, it turned into a nice little mini-game, not bad for one week!
