Update: Version 3
Made a few adjustments, including the following:
- Camera improvements - now follows ahead of player to allow better aiming
- Enlarged enemy hitboxes
- More variation to enemy types (like move speed, etc)
- Added a shop with a few options, with a loot drop system
- Shortened building heights to not occlude actors
Just making progress as I go :) Clearly many problems and improvements to make.
Known issues:
- Particle systems not working
- Enemies shoot player immediately upon being in range, should add pause
- When the Assault Rifle is bought in shop, it gives you a new rifle with separate ammo count each time
